I know that to be a professional takes dedication and a daily dose of education and learning. Just as each home sale/purchase is unique to itself, so is our current market. 2008 and 2009 have been said to be the most difficult on record, period. And yet I am having my best year yet! (I am currently #4 in my region). I have been asked how I have been able to do that in this economic climate.....all I can say is that I love what I do....I love my area... and it shows. I am not an expert in California or Georgia, but if you want professional representation in the Tampa Bay area of Florida I am applying for the job. You will find I take my job seriously. I have been a Florida resident for over 40 years and plan to be here at least another 40 (my grandma lived to be 100!). I’ve been married to the same husband :) for 19 years and have 3 teenage children....are you feeling sorry for me about now?
